Middle School Students Get an Important Lesson in Healthy Choices

Safety, social media, sugar, and stress. On Monday, October 30, 2023, our Middle School welcomed Heather Turco as part of our Leadership Institute for Tomorrow (LIFT) initiative to talk about healthy choices. 
Heather Turco is a Crime Prevention Specialist for the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. Her experience includes more than 20 years working in the communications field as a news anchor. Heather is also the proud mother of two Canterbury graduates, Taylen ’21 and Trennan ’18, and she is the wife of Frank Turco, Canterbury’s Athletic Director.
