Getting Ready for 4th Grade - Math

This course is designed for students who have completed third-grade math. Critical-thinking games, hands-on activities, and mathematical conversations make this class fun and engaging. Developing number sense will be the key focus, as whole number operations, problem-solving strategies, and mental math are taught. Students will become more flexible thinkers who are comfortable with numbers, able to make connections, and able to compute accurately and efficiently, thus preparing them for advanced mathematical concepts.
