Campers will learn the fundamentals of speed and agility and the intricacies of mechanics to help improve overall performance. They will work on developing mobility, balance, coordination, and controlling their own body while performing at their maximum speed. They will learn how to jump, land, run, and change direction before going into more advanced agility, speed, and plyometric drills.
