Stephan S. ’27 Places First in Math Competition

Congratulations to Stephan S. ’27 on his outstanding performance in the Mathematical Association of America AMC-10 Competition at Florida Gulf Coast University. Stephan placed first in the competition, showcasing his exceptional mathematical abilities.
The competition, held earlier this month at Florida Gulf Coast University, challenged students with 25 multiple-choice questions to be solved within 75 minutes. The American Mathematics Competition 10, or AMC-10, focuses on mathematics taught in grades 9 and 10, including topics such as elementary algebra, basic geometry, elementary number theory, and probability.
