Congratulations to Canterbury’s French Academic Team for their outstanding performance at the 2025 Congrès de la Culture Française en Floride (CCFF), held March 6-8 in Orlando.
Canterbury was among 26 schools and over 400 top students from across the state who gathered for this enriching weekend of competition and cultural immersion. Our 12 participating students showcased their skills in various events, earning impressive results. Beyond competition, they had the opportunity to engage with native French speakers, applying their classroom knowledge in real-world conversations while connecting with peers from across Florida.
“The Congrès is always a special experience for our students,” said Madame Oukasse, Upper School French teacher. “Not only do they challenge themselves academically, but they also gain confidence in using the language in meaningful ways.”
Below are the official results. Congratulations to all participants on their success! Allez, Cougars!
