Mr. Calkins is a partner at RGM Capital, which is based in Naples. He received his Master's in Business Administration from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management in 1994 and his Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University in 1992. Mr. Calkins was also a member of the 1992 NCAA National Championship lacrosse team at Princeton. Click here to read more about Mr. Calkins.
Mr. Calkins spoke to our Upper School students about his career and what his experiences on the lacrosse field have taught him. He noted the many lessons he learned from his Head Coach Bill Tierney including “setting incredibly high standards for yourself and the people you surround yourself with.” Mr. Calkins also talked about the importance of leading by example and giving back to organizations you are passionate about.
We are extremely grateful to Mr. Calkins for sharing his story with our Canterbury community. The full lecture from Mr. Calkins will soon be available on our Canterbury Action Network.
