School to Resume on Monday, September 18

Dear Canterbury Families,

We have confirmed that power has been restored on campus! We will welcome our students, faculty, and staff back to school on Monday, September 18.

A couple of important notes:
  • Classes will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday. It will be an Odd day for MS/US.
  • Faculty and staff should meet in the PAC at 7:30 a.m. for our regular Monday morning Faculty/Staff Meeting.
  • Chartwells will be providing a very limited menu (mac & cheese, tuna, and salads) for lunch on Monday. We recommend students bring their lunch on Monday. We will update you on the lunch menu for the rest of the week as soon as possible.
  • Canterbury’s Extended Day Program will be open starting on Monday.
  • Athletic practices will resume on Monday. MS Volleyball matches on Monday have been canceled and we hope to reschedule. MS Volleyball should plan on a normal Monday practice instead. Coaches will be in contact with our families regarding pick-up times after practices.
We understand that not all students, faculty, or staff will be able to return on Monday. Please contact your Division Director with any updates on your situation. Parents may also call on Monday to report absences.
