Canterbury Middle School Band Competes at OrlandoFest

The Canterbury Middle School Symphonic Band recently showcased its incredible talent at Universal Studios Florida, competing in the prestigious OrlandoFest Band Competition. The ensemble, composed of seventh and eighth graders, delivered an outstanding performance, earning an Excellent Rating for their hard work and musicianship.
Beyond the competition, students had an unforgettable experience exploring Universal Studios, enjoying thrilling rides, and enjoying a pirate-themed dinner adventure!
 
Middle School Band Director Mr. Murrell praised the students for their dedication and professionalism throughout the trip, saying, "I was beyond impressed with how well our students performed, both on stage and off. Their hard work and preparation truly paid off, and they represented Canterbury with pride."
