Upper School Students Inducted into National Honor Society
Canterbury School would like to congratulate 68 of our Upper School students on their induction into the Pinnacle Chapter of the National Honor Society (NHS). The ceremony took place on Monday, March 17, 2025, in Canterbury’s Performing Arts Center.
The National Honor Society is a prestigious club. National Honor Society members must be outstanding in service, leadership, character, as well as scholarship. A candidate must have an unweighted cumulative grade point average of 3.3 or higher. They must also complete the minimum community service requirements from the previous year and additional hours each year depending on their grade level.
To conclude the ceremony, Ms. Emma Frank, faculty advisor for the National Honor Society, shared the following remarks, "Strive to always do the right thing, even when it’s hard. You are well-rounded individuals with the power to inspire those around you — take that responsibility seriously and carry it with pride. And remember, behind every success stands the unwavering support of your parents and families — their influence has shaped you into the remarkable people you are today." – Ms. Emma Frank
