Athlete of the Week: September 2 - 8, 2024

We are nominating Clara Thiessen for athlete of the week for her performance at the DDD Sommer Invitational on Saturday. Clara has been recovering from injury this summer. It was her first race back and she led the girls team with an amazing performance! She ran 4.5 minutes faster than last year at this same race and was only 25 seconds off her XC PR - on arguably the toughest course in Florida. "Clara is a great example of how hard work and consistency really pays off. She is a leader and motivator for our team and she represents Canterbury School very well!" says Coach Ryan Stafford.
