Policy Debate Duo Sweeps Competition
Canterbury juniors Anika K. '25 and Ella C. '25 traveled to Tampa for the Florida Gulf Coast Catholic Forensics League (FGCCFL) All Events 5 Debate Tournament at Robinson High School on January 20, 2024.
The duo represented Canterbury well, sweeping their opponents in the two debate rounds they participated in.
In Debate Round 1, Anika and Ella defeated Pineview School, with Anika being named first overall speaker in the round. In Debate Round 2, Ella and Anika defeated Robinson High School's team, with Ella being named first overall speaker in the round.
